These terms cover your use of conesworth.com. Each of our apps has its own terms on its own site.
Estimates
The ServiceNow estimator gives a draft estimate only, subject to confirmation. It is not an offer or a quote. Any work is done under a written agreement with Conesworth Limited that sets out the scope, price and terms; if it differs from the estimator, the agreement applies.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. Hardening work is charged on hours worked, not as a fixed price. Our prices can change.
Using this website
This website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't promise it is complete or free of errors. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded, such as under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
