What this website collects
This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising, and it does not set cookies.
Like any website, our host (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and protect the service. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address and browser details.
The ServiceNow estimator
The estimator works everything out in your browser. The only things it fetches are its own scripts and catalogue files from this website.
If you choose a Security Center hardening export, the file is read only in your browser. It is never uploaded or stored by this page, and it is gone when you close or reload the page. "Download as CSV" is also made in your browser.
"Request a proposal" opens your own email app with a summary of the options and totals you chose. Nothing is sent until you send it, and the summary contains no settings from your export, only how many there are and the totals. Please don't attach the export file itself.
When you email us
We use your message and contact details to reply and to provide what you asked for. We keep them as long as we need to for that, and for our business and tax records.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email support@conesworth.com. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
